it’s a rental | edmonton engagement photographer |
I remember my first consult with Alia and Hussien…I was a wreck. These guys are having a massive East Indian wedding which is something on my bucket list as a photographer. I wanted this wedding SO bad – so naturally I was nervous. I didn’t want to blow my chance at working with them. When I heard that their first experience with a photographer wasn’t the greatest it made me even more determined to work with them and to be able to provide a great experience. Needless to say, they fell in love with me, begged ME to do their photos and promised me they would do whatever it took to have me as their photographer. Okay – it didn’t happen that way, I made that all up. HOWEVER we did click – we got along great and the rest was history.
We met up with this awesome couple and just took photos like their was no tomorrow. We also laughed and laughed. I have never met a couple, who are polar opposites like they are get along so well – and we aren’t talking that they’ve gotten along for 2 years or so – try 5+. They are in love. From the way Hussien cracked jokes about renting his car, his job, and the ring he bought her – and the rest of us poking fun at the jokes. Or the way he would just barely kiss her cheek. Okay – clearly we were maybe picking on him a bit more than anything else – but we all laughed and had a great time. I could have walked around with these two for hours and hours just laughing. Good thing in September we have a solid 3 days to bond over these two getting married and spending the rest of their lives together.
Here are just a few photos from this super fun nature meets urban session. Can’t wait for September to get here!
